Smoke Detector Program

Each year thousands of people die in home fires across the United States.  Many of these fatalities could have been prevented with the installation of working smoke detectors.

This year, the Bellevue Fire Department has partnered with the American Red Cross to provide free smoke detectors for the residents of Bellevue.  In addition to providing the smoke detectors, the Fire Department will also install the detectors free of charge.

To request your free smoke detectors, simply provide your name, address and contact information, and email it to hartman@bellevueboro.com or by calling 412-766-7455.
