For all residential properties of three or less units, participation in municipal collection service is required, regardless of whether the property is occupied or not. Bills are sent out annually in February. If you purchase a qualifying property during the year, the billing is transferred during the closing of the sale. For residential properties of more than three units, you may contact the Bellevue administration office at 412-766-6164 to see if we can accommodate your property with this service.
