Welcome to the Borough of Bellevue
Bellevue is located along the Ohio River bordering the Avalon Borough, Ross Township, and the City of Pittsburgh. Established September 7, 1867.
Included in our one square mile is a public library, three public parks, and a public swimming pool. There is something for everyone. Our streetscape project enhances the Lincoln Avenue business district.
A link to the police application is below. All applications must be printed, signed and be accompanied with required documents.
