Bellevue is located along the Ohio River bordering the Avalon Borough, Ross Township, and the City of Pittsburgh. Established September 7, 1867. Included in our one square mile is a public library, three public parks, and a public swimming pool. There is something for everyone. The Allegheny County Parks Department is offering its annual Christmas Tree Recycling Program this holiday season. Each year, over 3,000 trees are received and recycled, with the resulting mulch throughout the 12,000+ acres of the Allegheny County Parks. For information and details, please click below.
